We at SHK have been given the opportunity to re-establish our links with Trevelyan school and have been asked to provide a facility on our website to enable you to order the uniform you require.

The items we will be stocking to start with are the ones that have the school logo on them, blouses, shirts, jumpers, and PE polo shirts.

All you have to do now is click the button above where it says click here which will take you into the order form, if you don't go straight into an order form then look at the bottom left of the page where you should see an excel logo and trevelyanorderform2 ....xls click on that and you should proceed to the order form, once there you will see on the left under style, three headings, PE polo chest sizes, shirt collar sizes, pullover & blouse sizes. If you follow each line across you will see the sizes each item comes in. Further down the same style column are the products just pick the item and the size for that item and put the quantity in the relevant box the rest should be automatic.

To finish your order please pay by cheque made payable to SHK PROMOTIONS and send it to SHK PROMOTIONS, 13 DAYSPRING, GUILDFORD, SURREY, GU2 9QN. Or you can use online banking by transferring the amount to account number 03428680 sort code 60 09 21 Please put your initial and surname as a reference.
